Order Process

Crafting. You can follow the process and receive progress photos upon request.
The finished instrument undergoes a final inspection and tuning.
We carefully package the instrument and ship it to you.

  • Customization

    You can customize the instrument’s appearance and materials, choose your preferred strings and pattern, and add additional accessories.
    Customization options and pickups are added to the cart separately.
    You can send us your preferences for the design, placement, and instrument color via Telegram.

  • Production Time

    The standard production time is 10–14 business days. Carnyxes take approximately 28 business days.
    During periods of high demand, production times may be longer. We’ll always let you know in advance and discuss the available options if you need your instrument by a specific date.

  • Payment & Shipping

    You can pay for your instrument in full through the payment form on our website.
